Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst u. a.

We are searching for two student assistants to join the lab and support practical research related courses as well as theoretical courses in the topic area of Virtual-, Mixed- and Augmented Reality/Human-Computer Interaction.

We are looking for students that are especially interested in Virtual-, Mixed-, and Augmented Reality in the context of health and medical applications. The position covers the timeframe from February 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021 but may be extended depending on further possibilities.

The candidate will support the teaching of VR/AR related lectures and courses within the context of health, AI, and biomedical engineering. Ideally, potential candidates should:

  • Provide strong interest and initial experience with VR/AR/MR (XR)
  • Show an excellent skillset in programming in C# (Unity 3D) and/or C++
  • Pursue a degree in computer science, medical engineering or related fields
  • Have strong interest and motivation to work with interdisciplinary teams
  • Show good skills in English in both, writing and verbal exchange
  • Have previous experience in scientific research
  • Be friendly, innovative, scientifically competent, respectful, and communicative
