Flexibility
FAU offers comprehensive flexitime arrangements and tailored working time models to give the flexibility you need to balance your commitments. After consultation with the department, anyone who does not have to attend their place of work in person can spend up to half of their working hours – 50 % – in the home office. Employees can also take a sabbatical.
